End of the Year Teacher Gifts

Lil man will be graduating from Pre-K this week! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by! For his teachers' end of the year gifts {and lil miss's babysitter}, we decided on this:

Here's what you need:

-flowers {we went with pink petunias}

-Terra cotta pots with bases {ours were 4"}

-2" by 15" fabric strips {I chose enchanted forest butterfly}

-printer/paper

-Popsicle sticks

-hot glue

I printed off notes similar to these:

I also made a note with the type of flower and the flower's specifics, just in case!
I cut the notes down and glued them to construction paper the same size (folded in half hot dog style, so it made a little tent).
I glued the Popsicle stick to the inside of the "tent" and stuck it in the soil.
I folded the fabric in half longways and tied it around the top of the pot. I glued it in spots so it didn't fall down.

I think they turned out super cute!!
Here's the back of the note...

Cute and pretty inexpensive, too!
